Mini Split Tax Credits and Rebates in Washington State

Mini Split / Heat Pump systems are an eco-friendly HVAC option that use electricity to move heat from outdoors to indoors. But, did you know that tax credits and rebates are available for homeowners in Washington state who purchase and install mini split / heat pump systems?

For instance, the Federal Government is offering a tax credit up to 30% of the cost of the unit and installation, up to a maximum of $2,000.

Many states also provide rebates, with some states offering as much as $4,000 or more. Even more, local utility companies may offer financial incentives to customers who upgrade to energy-efficient heat pump systems.
